Awful awful place. The food was basic, some of it even gross and not fresh at all. And even worse than the food were the people who worked here. They were rude and very impatient with my 94 year old grandmother who didn’t speak very good English and is hard at hearing. When we asked for another waiter, the new one was even ruder. Do not support this establishment!!

This place is a great place for breakfast. My dad ate there often. The food was great and the staff was pleasant.

First time eating here... food was excellent, but what really stood out was the attentiveness of the staff. The place was hopping all morning and the staff seemed to know everyone who walked through the door. Everyone was hustling and made sure we had everything we needed every time they passed our table. Great job, and thanks for the awesome service!

Awesome place to come for breakfast or lunch. Great food and daily specials at a reasonable price. The hot ham and cheese is the best and it's huge! They have limited seating but works to your advantage because then the kitchen usually keeps up with orders and you don't have to wait long. The location is also very convenient.

Great prices and even better food. Large portions. The biscuits appear to be homemade, and on the large side. The pancakes are huge and have hints on vanilla in them. Gravy was flavorful. Would frequent again without a second though. Only downside is there can be a wait for a table during their breakfast/lunch rush, but it’s well worth the wait.

This is ALWAYS our favorite lil food place...Food is GREAT...People are Awesome and very Friendly! Go and enjoy...Best Pancakes..never had anything bad..EVER!

We've been her twice and it's been great each time. Food is delicious and both times I've taken almost half home because the portions are so large.

I'd heard a lot of hype about this place so decided to try it. It was ok but not as awesome in my books. I like Hob Nob much better, food is better portion and I get stamps for meals too earn free meals so better value for my money.

Lindsay Beth here saying that this place is the best place to go for breakfast if you're in Niles ! I order breakfast here almost every week! It was always their famous breakfast burritos (which are huge!) Smothered in amazing gravy and it's got hash browns, green peppers, sausage, ham, bacon it is AMAZING. By the time i go to pick it up, its all ready and the staff is always friendly. Their food is well priced and the food is so worth it! I even mentioned to my mother that she needs to go. Will definitely be recommending more friends and family!

My grandma found a long hair in her food and the owner did not care. We all had to wait for her to eat after we were all done while trying to keep a fussy baby calm. No discount or even apologies were given

Cheap, fast and delicious food! not much else you can ask for! Only negatives would be small menu variety and mediocre coffee.

Their food is delicious! Everyone here is so sweet and attentive. Food comes out in very nice portions. Worth every penny. And love the chicken environment :)

Food, price and service were great.

Called to place an order they had me on hold for 10 minutes , and could hear everyone in the background I finally hung up, all the other days they don't answer the phone , and food is just meh . I found a better restaurant with better customer service it's called Hob Nob , better food same prices.

Great little find!! Their subs are amazing. The homemade coleslaw was very yummy!!! Will go back!!

My family and I have been there before and we had really good service but as of today we had the most rude waitress and service ever. Never did they come check on us nor did they accommodate the people that were added to our table. A family member had asked a question and the server had yelled at her to prove her point. I don’t think i’ll be coming back.

Prompt service, great attitudes, happy people, greater food and quick to get the good and hot food out to you, even on a busy morning! I drive from the north side of dowagiac for thus place!

This used to be my go to place when I wanted a little home cooked comfort food. Since the pandemic and the change of owners the food has drastically changed for the worst . Quality went downhill and cheap ingredients are being used . I ordered the jumbo burger the signature burger on the menu. Usually it’s heaven on a bun with bacon ham cheese ect. Let’s start with the patty tasted like a dollar store patty the aftertaste after a bite was horrific . No more hand carved ham on this burger we now have packaged ham that is not even ham . The bacon was burnt cheese was tasteless . The burger would get a zero if I could score it . Now the homemade soup cream of potato. Tasted like Lito onion soup mix with hard undercooked potatoes . Like I said this was my favorite place in niles I’m heartbroken it has come to this . I do t like writing bad reviews but Calling then won’t fix this the product is all wrong .

Stopped in for a quick bite not expecting much. Blown away. Fastest service ever. Soup was on my table in less than 5 minutes, and food was up in less than 10. In and out in 20. Flavors were so on point! Their French fries are to die for! And the prices are incredibly low for how good the food was! Will definitely be coming back!

Absolutely amazing. One of the best places around for a good meal..... awesome service, great people, and the food is always super quick and the portions are huge, mainly for the price. My husband and I worked food for years and we never leave unimpressed.
